Guides are prepared by the AAA Real Estate Research Team and reviewed by the AAA Real Estate Editorial Team before publication. Author and reviewer fields can be edited in WordPress as named contributors are added.
How Content Is Produced
We use public sources, vendor websites, third-party directories, review platforms, pricing pages, and industry benchmarks where available. AI-assisted drafting may be used to organize research and create first drafts, but pages should be reviewed by a human editor before publication.
Why We Publish
We publish to help real estate investors make better vendor decisions, reduce wasted marketing spend, and compare companies through a consistent framework.
What We Avoid
We do not publish fake reviews, undisclosed paid placements, copied vendor marketing copy, or unsupported negative claims. Lower rankings should be explained through factual scoring criteria such as fit, proof, pricing clarity, and specialization.
